As I spent the day painting the master bath, I couldn’t help but think of the incredible journey the past 10 months have been. A big thanks to Allison, Rebekah, and Nadia for encouraging me to jump on board with CFA, and thanks to Art Terkeurst for planting the seed with Dean Sandbo. God is good!

I forgot a guy’s straw at the Drive-Thru window yesterday. Knew it as soon as I did it. And it was still bothering me while shaving this AM. Lol!

A lady around 60 years old came in today and ordered a few lunch items for herself, as well as a vanilla milkshake. Through conversation, she told me the shake was for her son-in-law who is dying of cancer and he really wanted one today. I told her the shake was on us, and to tell her son-in-law that the CFA of Wesley Chapel is praying for him. We were able to be a blessing today! Love my “job”.

I love Sundays. A time to worship and a time to rest. But honestly, I can’t wait to get back to serving with my “kids” at Chick-fil-A at Wesley Chapel Weddington tomorrow!

Celebrated the home-going of my buddy, Matt, with my CFA family today. Held it together until they ended the service with his favorite song, “Jesus Loves Me”. Though we grieve, i am soooo happy for him. Face to face with His Savior.

I love it when random guests come in to CFA & tell me that I could be an operator one day. Who knows?! I’m just taking it one nugget at a time… but it is really nice of people to think so.

It is rare that one has the privilege of training under the best of the best in a certain profession. Michael Jordan had Dean Smith, and I have Dean Sandbo. So thankful for the opportunity!
